Step 1: Choose the file format of 3D sculpture art you would like. If you need multiple types send us a message. Select the level of detail for the 3D model. If you are unsure which to choose, check out our FAQ page or send us a message. Pay in full to receive a $20 discount or pay a non-refundable deposit and we can get started with your design.

Step 2: Select any other services we offer such as 3D printing, full-color painting, resin topcoats, and gift wrapping by adding them to your cart.

Step 3: During checkout, upload your reference image(s) and comments. The more details you include the easier it will be for our artist to create your custom 3D models. If you only have one image that’s fine. Our 3D modelers will work their magic. Two(2) revisions are included in your purchase.

Step 4: Our team of artists will create a 3D model based on the reference material you provide. Once finished you will get images of the 3D model in all views. (Perspective, Front, Back, Left, Right, Top, Bottom)

Step 5: You approve or deny the 3D design. If you would still like to make some changes, no problem. We like to give our customers up to two(2) revisions included in the price. Our mission is to make sure you’re happy with the completed 3D model/sculpture art .OBJ files. Further revisions may require additional payment. Please note each revision will add 1-3 days of lead time to your project. Complex designs may also require an additional 1-2 days of production time.

Step 6: Once you’ve approved your 3D model we export it as the file type of your choosing and email your design(s).

If you’re not happy with the final 3D sculpture art/ 3d model for any reason or damage has occurred during shipping please reach out to us. If you pay in full and request a refund after the work has started we will keep the deposit amount and refund you the remainder.
