Why are shipping times so long?
Due to issues with USPS. We recommend checking out their website to find more info about the current delays and rising prices. We do what we can to find the best shipping rates so we're able to offer free shipping to the continental United States.

What type of equipment do you use?
We use fused deposition modeling and UV resin 3d printers. In house capabilities also include mold making, resin casting and more.
My order arrived damaged. Can it be replaced?
In the event of damaged goods upon arrival we are happy to ship you a free replacement. It is not necessary to record yourself unboxing but you're welcome to. If you are a genuine buyer and you have been delivered a wrong, damaged, or faulty product, you can always contact customer service and we will find a solution. We recommend checking for tampering before opening your package. If you see signs of damage on the outside of the box give us a call and return the unopened package to the currier.
How much is the bulk discount?
You can get a 20% discount on bulk orders of ten(10) or more custom 3D sculpture art pieces of the same size and model.
